I would like a progressive scrolling
when using arrows of scroll bar.
Currently it interrupts perception.
Galeon does something link this:
you select a JavaScript scriptlet
and the page scrolls coutinuously
but it would be better to trigger this
with scroll bar arrows.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
alwready does this.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
