Release note added in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/116#svg and updated descriptions for <length> units at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Content_type#length - noting that the SVG docs need some attention in future regarding SVG1.1 and SVG2 behavior.
