On Linux Mint 21 Cinnamon with VMWare.
Desktop image appears as a rectangle in front of the browser.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Start Linux Mint 21 Cinnamon VMWare client on Windows10 HOME 64bit host machine.
- Start Nightly116.0a1
- Move mouse on the New Tab page
Actual Results:
The desktop image appears as a rectangle in front of the browser.

Webrender(software) does not seem to be affected, as it is not reproducible in 102.12esr.

Are these commands affected as well?
mozregression --launch 2023-06-06 --pref layout.frame_rate:60 gfx.webrender.allow-partial-present-buffer-age:false gfx.webrender.max-partial-present-rects:0

I can reproduce the issue.

The problem is not reproduced on Nightly116.0a1 sw-wr (mozregression --launch 2023-06-06 --pref gfx.webrender.software:true
).
