Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130
When I try to file a message in an IMAP folder (a different one than the one the
message currently resides in), then at first it appears that this works. The
message disappears from the original folder. When I close the Mail/News window
and open it again, the message is still here, however, and it wasn't filed in
the destination folder at all. When I try to file it again, then nothing happens
- the message doesn't disappear either like it does the first time I try to file
after starting Mozilla.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mail/News Window.
2. File a message from one IMAP folder to another.
3. Restart Mozilla.
4. Re-open Mail/News Window.
5. Verify that the file is still in the original folder.
Actual Results:
The message is retained in the original folder.
Expected Results:
Mozilla should have filed it in the destination folder.
Not sure about the severity: for me it's a major feature, because I have to file
messages constantly. So I can't use Mozilla 1.2.1 at all (it does work in
Mozilla 1.1).

please try a newer trunk build - my guess is you have a cyrus server and are
running into bug 170597, which is fixed in the trunk builds and will be in 1.3a,
which should come out in the next couple days.
