Hello! Thank you for your report! I tried reproducing this today with Firefox 116.0.2 on Windows 10x64 following the next steps but without any result:
- Open Firefox and set it to minimum width.
- Shut down the computer.
- Open Firefox.
I tried this while havingOpen previous windows and tabsenabled and disabled but the window remains at the same state it was set at step 1 and the Minimize/ Maximize buttons are working as expected.
Is the issue still reproducing on your side? If yes did I miss something in the above steps?

Thank you for your reply! After receiving your comment, I test it again. The steps of reproduce this bug is:
- Open Firefox and set it in minimum width.
- Adjust Firefox to maxmize. (I forget report this step the last time. )
- Close the Firefox. (After testing carefully, I found that close Firefox can also reproduce the bug. )
- Open Firefox.
Besides, I found that Minimize/ Maximize buttons can adjust the window of Firefox properly. But I can't adjust size of the window, and Minimize/ Maximize buttons in the wrong status. By clicking Minimize/ Maximize buttons, Firefox will return to normal. And I need adjust the window larger than minimal size, or the bug will reproduce in next open Firefox. It should be noted that this bug does not appear every time, it only appears with a 20-30% probability.
My system is Windows 11 Professional Insider Preview, 22H2, 23516.1000. I reinstalled operation system rencently, but the bug still happen.
There is a video shows how to reproduce the bug: https://akhzz.cn/share/2023-08-27.mp4
The information of my Firefox: https://akhzz.cn/share/info.txt

Thank you for the detailed steps and recording! Unfortunately, I don't have that build of Windows 11 insider preview and it seems that I cannot reproduce the issue with Firefox 116.0.3 and 117.0 on Windows 10x64 and Windows 11x64 22H2 (Build 22621.2213) by following the steps from comment 4 on a new profile. I tried multiple times but without any luck.
I will redirect this to Vlad Lucaci since I think he has at least a similar version on the Windows 11 insider preview available. Maybe this is related to that build of Windows 11.

Hello,
I have tried to reproduce this issue with the steps provided in comment 3 and comment 4, as well as from the description using Windows 11 Insider Preview(beta) 22H3(22631.2199) and 22H3(22621.2199) on Firefox 116.0.3 and 117.0 with no success.
Does this issue reproduce on a new clean Firefox profile by any chance?
If this issue is still reproducible for you, please help us with a regression range using the mozregression-gui tool and tutorial.
