1837829 - webNavigation.onCommitted's `transitionType`/`transitionQualifiers` shouldn't be marked as `unsupported`

They were implemented in bug 1256652 for Firefox 48 and marked as supported on MDN. :robwu agreed that unsuported:true should be removed.
