We noticed that advertising banners on the page seem to be the cause for the loading, probably the page is lazy loading these advertisements at a later time, and those loads are reflected in the reload button.

This is not specifically related to the Address Bar, but more to the Refresh Button itself, that handles network notifications. Other bugs related to the Reload button are in Toolbars & Customization, I'm not sure it's the best destination but I can't find a better one.

This is mostly a dup of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1827328 of this (different variation of the UI impact); probably one of these should be duped to the other and the remaining one expended to cover both the Stop button and the info messages at the bottom left

I think Bug 1827328 can be used for discussion about status UI for top-level navigations, while this bug and Bug 1856449 are about removing it for iframe navigations
