Incorrectly implemented for horizontal scroll.

Potentially unexpected over-shadow near Address Bar.
    (shadow bleeds over Address Bar into page view; visible under scrutiny)

    I also noted significant noise on the Address Bar's background.
    Unsure if it's intended.

    In certain cases the over-shadow may appear very obstructive.

    The over-shadow has mitigated in current version.
    Though whose existence at all probably still doesn't make sense.

    The Address Bar background noise is no more.
    But still present in Private Browsing Mode.

    The over-scroll issue remains. But has changed somewhat:
    The max over-scroll indication is now square..?
