1838373 - License aggregation file contains multiple entries for MIT

toolkit/content/license.html contains more than a dozen reference to the MIT license, actually one per copyright owner. FOr other licenses like BSD 2-clause, only one instance of the license is reproduced and the copyright owners are listed in the individual files. Would be great to have the same for MIT

Instead of having all licences spread by copyright owner, syndicate all
MIT licences under one section, as done for other licenses, and refer to
the actual files/ directories for copyright owners.

As a side effect remove entries for files we no longer vendors, and
update paths when they have changed.
