Section 9. Timely and Transparent Communications of the Chrome Root Program policy requires CA Owners respond to CCADB communications within 14 calendar days unless specified otherwise.

The “Google Chrome Root Program: April 2023 CA Owner Survey” CCADB mass email and survey was sent on April 24, 2023. CA Owners with certificates included in the Chrome Root Store were required to respond to the survey by June 9, 2023.

As of June 16, 2023, Firmaprofesional has not responded to the survey and an incident report is now requested.

Chris, we know we've done it because we did it on the last day (June 9) around 12:00 in the morning.

Hi Maria, after additional review, you are correct and this bug should be resolved as invalid.

At the start of the survey we ask:

What is your organization's "CA Owner" name as listed in CCADB? (i.e., this is the organization you are authorized to represent as a CA in CCADB). Please use the exact value as it appears in CCADB.

These surveys are conducted with a Form outside of the CCADB and we match responses with “CA Owner” names in the CCADB. We were expecting to match on “Autoridad de Certificacion Firmaprofesional” but the question was answered with a value of “Firmaprofesional, S.A.” causing a mismatch.

On subsequent submissions, please make sure you provide the “CA Owner” name as listed in the CCADB.

Thank you for responding to our survey!
