After upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2.1 the previous stored crypted messages can't be decrypted

Al the old encrypted messages stored in the mail boxes can't be readed after
upgrading. A new message for myself can be decrypted, but none of the older nor
from others. 
After uninstall the 1.2.2 and reinstall the 1.1 I can read again. Updated again
to the 1.2.1 makes all the crypted messages unreadables.
