1839449 - Put all mochitest test manifest files under mobile/ into alphabetical order

Need to sort the tests in alphabetical order at:

• https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a5da23c8c9c1151dcdf0ca34b3cfd0a4d0fc3b48/mobile/android/components/extensions/test/mochitest/mochitest.ini

And then add mobile/** to https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a5da23c8c9c1151dcdf0ca34b3cfd0a4d0fc3b48/tools/lint/test-manifest-alpha/error-level-manifests.yml

These are already sorted because they list only one test:

• https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a5da23c8c9c1151dcdf0ca34b3cfd0a4d0fc3b48/mobile/android/actors/tests/mochitests/mochitest.ini
• https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a5da23c8c9c1151dcdf0ca34b3cfd0a4d0fc3b48/mobile/android/components/extensions/test/mochitest/chrome.ini#7
  (but this test doesn't run on Android anyway with the Fennec->Fenix transition)
