In bug 1838428, we switched the server used for benchmarks to the python http module. This bug is for doing the same with Talos (and possibly AWSY after).

In this bug we should also remove wptserve from here https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/raptor/requirements.txt
and delete this file https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/raptor/source_requirements.txt
Also, we can revert the changes to the raptor.py file in mozharness from this patch: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D166388
