Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 116.0a1-20230621161008

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://m.twitch.tv
  2. Tap on any stream.
  3. Observe the media controls.

Expected Behaviour:
The video has a kebab menu with multiple video controls (playback speed, picture in picture)

Actual Behaviour:
The kebab menu with the media controls is missing from the video.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible on Chrome
  4. Issue same as https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/112272

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
