Preconditions

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the new migration window.
2. Choose to import a .HTML or .csv file and observe the behavior.

Expected result

• The drop-down menu is closed immediately after selecting to import files.

Actual result

• The drop-down menu is still displayed until the file picker is opened.

Regression range

• Not a regression. Reproducible after importing from .HTML was implemented (bug 1833427)

Additional notes

• Attached a screen recording.
• This happens for both .HTML and .csv files.
• This does not reproduce on Ubuntu 22 or Windows 10x64.
