Steps to reproduce:

Have a lot of tabs open (>150), some are also archived, open tab list / tabtray, navbar at the bottom.
Android 13 on a Xiaomi Poco x3 pro, Fenix 114.2.0 installed via Google Play, firefox account logged in, installed extensions: ublock origin, background video fix

The bug does not happen every time but often. If the tabtray is closed and reopened it will eventually open to the bottom of the list as expected after one or two retries.

Actual results:

Tabtray (sometimes) opens showing the top of the tab list, with the least recently opened tabs visible.

Expected results:

Tabtray opens showing the bottom of the tab list, showing the most recently used tabs.
