In 115, windows 7, 8 and 8.1, as well as macos 10.12 to 10.14, are being moved from the release to the esr channel. To keep installs from www.mozilla.org for those platforms working we'd like to have bouncer serve esr115 installers instead of release ones for user agents that come from affected platforms.

The redirection to esr115 is happening on the bedrock (www.mozilla.org) side instead.
