Actual results:

The page did not display all content

Expected results:

The content, in this case filling in name and organization, should appear.

It appears that you are logged in on Firefox, but not on Chrome. I think that is why these input fields are not showing up.

Alice0775 White, no it happened before I logged into my YSI account in Firefox. I was on the phone with YSI tech support and they gave me the link to enter. When I entered it, there was nowhere to file in my information, so they suggested I try logging in to my YSI account and then try it. So I did that with no success. They then asked me to try another browser, so I tried Chrome and was able to successfully download it while not logged into my YSI account.

And, FYI, I just tried it on my personal MacBook at home using Firefox and achieved the same result. I'm not logged in to my YSI account and the page does not display the contact information fields. This is on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015, 2.7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5), running MacOS 12.6.7 and Firefox 114.0.2.

I created a new profile and the problem does not occur if I do not sign in to Firefox. In retrospect, I'm thinking that's what Alice0775 White was referring to.

I downloaded Nightly but did not sign in to Firefox and the problem does not occur.

So, it appears it's only an issue if I'm signed in to Firefox.

Please disregard my early post as I think you were talking about being signed into the browser not the YSI website. It is puzzling though because I am signed into my Safari account, and the page opens up fine, with the contact entry fields being displayed.
