STR:
- Open https://elpais.com/
- The translation popup shows up
- Perform translation (this step is not strictly necessary)
- Reload the page (or close it and open a new tab to the same URL)
I would expect the translation popup to show up again, but it doesn't.

It is showing up again after a browser restart.

This was intentional to not present it again.

I'm wondering if we should set an expiration for how long we hold on to the host, because I could see re-offering translation after X amount of time.

I'm tentatively marking as WONTFIX, but I'll bring it up that this was confusing.

(In reply to Greg Tatum [:gregtatum] from comment #3)
I'm wondering if we should set an expiration for how long we hold on to the host, because I could see re-offering translation after X amount of time.
Or maybe not reoffer on reload, but reoffer when closing the tab and reopening it.
