  2. homepage.private_mode_icon_tapped Desc: User has tapped on the private browsing icon on the top of homepage, entering private mode.
  3. app_icon.new_private_tab_tapped Desc: User has used the quick actions feature on the Firefox App icon to open a private browsing tab

I'm not sure we need tabs_tray.private_mode_icon_tapped because we already have tabs_try.private_mode_tapped and both of those events would record the same thing.
