Steps to reproduce:

Firefox stable, nightly, X11 and Wayland on Fedora 38

Open "Other Bookmarks" from main window

Secondary click on an item

Actual results:

Slowly move mouse to menu: no problem, menu is focused

Immediately move mouse to menu: menu not focused while "Other Bookmarks" keeps focus, though menu actions do work.

I see. It's perhaps due to tooltip which steals focus which is not returned back to toplevel popup window.

Cannot be reproduced anymore on Fedora 41; Wayland 137.0a1 (2025-02-18) (64-bit); Nvidia 565.77
