Steps to reproduce:
設定画面において、ファイルごとにダウンロード先を決めるという指定に
しているにもかかわらず、
ダウンロード先の設定箇所にダウンロードされてしまう

This has nothing to do with Japanese localization.
According to automated translation, this is about not being able to select download location for each file.
