User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/114.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Notebook with AMD Ryzen APU (i have ryzen 5400u)
Windows 10 22h2
Firefox 115
AMD Driver 23.5.2 (latest)
Play youtube videos 1080p 60fps (vp09 or avc1 codecs)

Actual results:

Summary GPU usage when playing videos =25% (15% firefox and 10% windows manager (The "wide view" feature has an impact.))
Firefox uses 15% faster laptop battery.

Expected results:

Firefox doesn't stress the GPU that much. The window manager does not waste GPU resources, when uses wide view.
