Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 116.0a1-20230702092454

Preconditions: must be logged in

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://id.vk.com/account/#/password-change
2. Enter your current password.
3. Complete the captcha (if displayed).
4. Tap on the password field.
5. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The "Save" button is displayed at the bottom of the page.

Actual Behaviour:
The "Save" button is fixed above the toolbar/keyboard, blocking the "Re-enter password" field.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
3. Same behaviour on Firefox Release
4. Not reproducible on Chrome

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 123 and 125.

Tested with:

Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)
Operating System: Oppo Find X5 (Android 13) - 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~402 ppi density)
