Ok, this ticket looks like a spam.

I checked the code: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/5760e123611d5fd84a42ca764ded5d41907b6e42/mobile/android/android-components/components/browser/icons/src/main/java/mozilla/components/browser/icons/processor/DiskIconProcessor.kt#38 that the situation couldn't happen.

And the ticket's description is mostly the same as bug 1448305 except for the URL.
