1841781 - It is hard to connect the X in List all tabs with short tab names

When a user has a large number of tabs, some with long names and many with short names, the X on the right hand side of the list is a long way from short tab names. This can make it hard to identify which X connects to which tab name.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a large number of tabs, one with a long name and many with short names.
2. Open the List all tabs drop-down.
3. Hover the cursor over items in the X column.

Expected:
3) At all times it is obvious which tab would be closed when clicking.

Actual:
3) There is no visual connection between the X and the tab name.
