For example: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1840356#c6 is a permafailure, but apparently the test only ran once in the time span with leakcheck enabled.
I would expect a message like
1 failures out of 1 test run in 3594 pushes
to better assess the severity of test failures.
