Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-04) (64-bit)
Preconditions:
VPN set to the US
Account login performed
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.target.com.
- Add a product to the cart.
- View the cart.
- Scroll the page and observe the "Want to save" banner located in the right lower part of the page.
Expected Behavior:
The text is rendered as expected.
Actual Behavior:
The text is crammed in, as the "5%" is on the following line.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
- Works as expected using Chrome.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 122.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 124.0a1 (2024-01-27) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
