Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-04) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
VPN set to the US
Account login performed

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.target.com.
  2. Add a product to the cart.
  3. View the cart.
  4. Scroll the page and observe the "Want to save" banner located in the right lower part of the page.

Expected Behavior:
The text is rendered as expected.

Actual Behavior:
The text is crammed in, as the "5%" is on the following line.

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
  • Works as expected using Chrome.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
