Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-05)

Preconditions:
• US VPN
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://contactus.target.com/ContactUs
  2. Tap on the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose "Target.com Order Experience".
  4. Tap on the "Chat Now" button.
  5. Enter a name in the "first name" field.
  6. Tap on the "chat now" button.
  7. Try sending a message/tapping on the buttons.

Expected Behaviour:
The layout loads correctly and messages can be sent.

Actual Behaviour:
The layout has multiple buttons and none are responsive, messages can't be sent.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well

Reproducible on desktop as well.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-05) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
