Verified - Fixed in Beta 117.0b3. extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries pref has the value "US,CA,GB,FR,DE,IT,ES,AT,BE,PL" and the CC section is displayed in about:preferences#privacy using one of the mentioned regions. Verified in Nightly also in bug 1841996.
