Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230705214733

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.etsy.com
2. Log into your account.
3. Tap on the account icon from the header.
4. Access "Purchases and reviews".
5. Check if the pop-up appears.

Expected Behaviour:
A pop-up for downloading the app appears every time "Purchases and reviews" page is accessed.

Actual Behaviour:
The pop-up for downloading the app does not appear.

Notes:
