Details
To save resources, bug 1842081 disabled the WebGPU CTS in CI in beta and release builds, because WebGPU is hard-disabled (i.e., regardless of prefs) in such builds. We should make sure that the CTS is enabled and passing in beta and release builds before letting WebGPU ride the trains.
