Steps to reproduce:

Try to load a new page in a new tab

Actual results:

Page doesn't load

Expected results:

Page should load.

The bug happens sometimes with any event that should load a new tab, it's not restricted to the method shown in the video.

I've had this bug for months. I thought it could be some extension since was using a custom collection, but today I've deleted everything and started a fresh install of Firefox and the bug is there before I've installed any extension at all.

Asking for QA: can you reproduce this issue? I've tried sometimes but could not reproduce it.
The reason is hard to tell off the top of my head, it might be an edge case or some bug related to switching/spawning the content process for new tab.

I reproduced this issue on the latest Nightly 122.0a1 with Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 13) and Assus Zenfone 9 ( Android 13).
