Probably target file is missing, and you see a bug 172215
Um.. You're using 1.2b. 1.2b has a bug with downloading files. It's prominently listed in the 1.2b release notes. Delete your compreg.dat file and restart mozilla and things should work fine.. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 171441 ***
