Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230706171901

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.expedia.com/MultiItemCheckout?tripid=23943d15-017d-50f5-8311-d06bc5db729a&swpApplied=undefined
2. Scroll until you reach "Complete Booking >" button.
3. Observe the UI.

Expected Behaviour:
The "Complete Booking >" button is blue.

Actual Behaviour:
The "Complete Booking >" button is yellow.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.

Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Browsers: Firefox Nightly 124.0a1-20240129214018 / Firefox Release 122.0-20240118164516 / Chrome 121.0.6167.101
