Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.expedia.com/Hotel-Search?adults=2&d1=2023-07-21&d2=2023-07-22&destination=Madrid%2C%20Spain%20%28MAD-Adolfo%20Su%C3%A1rez%20Madrid-Barajas%29&endDate=2023-07-22&latLong=40.468064%2C-3.568577&regionId=4473165&rooms=1&semdtl=&sort=RECOMMENDED&startDate=2023-07-21&theme=&useRewards=false&userIntent=
2. Navigate through images of stays/reservations.
3. Perform a full navigation of the carousel, until the first image is reached again.
4. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The images are loading as expected.

Actual Behavior:
The first image of the carousel flickers when shown again.

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
• Works as expected using Chrome.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
