Actual Behavior:
The first row has an extra facility listed and the second row has 1 facility listed.

Notes:

• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
• Works as expected using Chrome and Opera.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
