Currently the palm sync conduit is not fully Unicode compliant. This bug is to track the fix for it. It supports ascii languages but not multibyte characters based languages like Japenese, Chinese, etc.

> It supports ascii languages Does it support non-ASCII "Latin" languages such as French, German, and Spanish? What encoding(s) does Palm use for non-ASCII? UTF-8? Is there a spec for this feature that we could review?
AB entries from Palm in WIN1251 (Russian) displays incorrectly by MozAB.
