Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230711213659

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/6306/Deep_Rock_Galactic_Dwarven_Legacy
2. Scroll down the page until you reach "MORE LIKE THIS".
3. Scroll left/right using the scroll bar.
4. Observe the behaviour

Expected Behaviour:
There is no unnecessary bar and the scroll bar is highlighted while scrolling.

Actual Behaviour:
There is an extra bar and the scroll bar is not highlighted while scrolling.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome

Verified the issue but I was able to reproduce on Chrome as well.
