184305 - non-default smtp servers cannot be viewed/assigned

The problem if smtp server is not set as default, uses username and password and
has a string of symbols in a username field (for example, a email address for
14-15 symbols used as a username will cause this problem). Later, in accound
settings is impossible to choose and to see the name of such smtp server[s],
while others are selectable and viewable. In smtp pulldown there are blank lines
instead of names of such smtp servers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 2 or more smtp accounts.
2. In one, which is not default, set 'Use name and password' to on.
3. Add a email address in Username field (14-15 chars).
4. Go to pop/imap account settings, Advanced, and try to choose this smtp server
to use with this email account.

Actual Results:  
You should see empty line instead of server name in pulldown menu. If you choose
empty line, which corresponds with this smtp account, Mozilla continues to use
the default account when sending messages from this email.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should display smtp server name properly and allow to use it with as
many accounts, as desired.

Both symbols, % and @ cause this problem.
