Operating System: Mac OSX 10.15.6
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 116.0a1 (2023-07-13) (64-bit)

ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2023/07/14/ukraine-russia-war-latest-news-putin-zelensky-nato-general/
- Scroll the page until the "Watch: Ukrainian soldiers survive blast after driving over mine" button is shown.
- Observe the result.
Expected Behavior:
The embedded video has the "Play" button present can be played.
Actual Behavior:
The embedded video is missing the "Play" button and can not be played.
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD
- Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.
