Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230716094751

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://definition.org/how-to-wash-a-car-with-a-baby
2. Scroll down the page until you reach the video.
3. Check the media controls.

Expected Behaviour:
The video has a kebab menu with different media controls.

Actual Behaviour:
The video does not have a kebab menu with different media controls.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome

Reproducible on desktop devices as well.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: F Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-16) (64-bit) /Chrome Version 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
