ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.jornaldenegocios.pt/empresas/transportes/amp/metro-de-lisboa-diz-que-linha-circular-em-laco-nao-resolve-problemas
- Wait for the page to load.
- Observe the pop-up displayed.
Expected Behavior:
The cookie policy pop-up fully loads.
Actual Behavior:
The pop-up is transparent.
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD
- Reproducible in PRIVATE BROWSING mode.

This is api.cmp.inmobi.com being blocked. On Desktop I don't see a popup at all though.
