Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox on Ubuntu 22.04.2 on a device that has a touchscreen and try scrolling up/down on a website by moving a finger up/down
Actual results:
text is marked instead of scrolling
Expected results:
website should scroll up/down
(Firefox shold always start with environment variable MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND enabled)
