1844054 - Stylesheet location link are not focusable with keyboard and is missing role

On-screen CSS file references that styled as links are not focusable with keyboard alone and a screen reader can only access them in a browse/read all mode and its announced as “clickable” with no role.

Attachment: Bug 1844054 - [devtools] Rename `--frame-link-source` and move it to variables.css . r=#devtools-reviewers.

We want to use the color for stylesheet location in the rules view, which doesn't
load component-frame.css, so let's move the custom property to variables.css, and
rename it so it's a bit more explicit.
