Navigation with Tab focuses and announces the “Console Panel frame” when navigating from the DevTools toolbar to the Console panel but no focus indication is provided and it’s not clear if there is any functionality provided to the frame (i.e. would pressing Enter on it do anything?) (tabindex=-1?)
