Phoenix does not display the favicon on 
http://www.frenchfragfactory.net/news.shtml although it works in konqueror (3.1
rc3) and ie in win2k.

There are many favicon opened bugs but mine seems to be a bit different.
Favicons work fine on all other sites (google yahoo etc), just not on this one.

I'm not aware of all the policies and coding practices regarding favicons, so it
might be an advocacy bug, but it might be a mozilla bug as well ;)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go http://www.frenchfragfactory.net/news.shtml
2. Bookmark it
3. Favicon is never displayed, be it in the url bar or in the bookmarks menu

Actual Results:  
Favicon is never displayed, be it in the url bar or in the bookmarks menu

Expected Results:  
Favicon (which looks like a smaller version of this image
http://www.frenchfragfactory.net/imagessarl/logo-sarl-q3.jpg ) should be displayed

I don't see a favicon in the source HTML, I don't see one in Mozilla, and I
don't see one in IE6 Win98.  The favicons you see in Konquerer and Win2k IE may
be coming from somewhere other than the HTML of this page.  I suggest there is
no bug here.

There is a favicon at http://www.frenchfragfactory.net/favicon.ico , but I'm not
sure it's properly made, since it displays neither in MSIE6, nor Opera7 beta1,
nor Phoenix 0.5.

This is probably INVALID.
