Steps to reproduce:
In Weekly view, move the mouse cursor over various hour cells (that don't have events in them).
Actual results:
Nothing. In order to determine what hour the user currently has the cursor over, they must visually follow the horizonal gridlines to the left edge of calendar view to see the hour enumerations. This can be difficult if the cells are small and/or the user is looking at a date toward the right edge of the screen, e.g. Friday.
This makes it difficult to manually create new events by click-and-dragging in the hourly cells of the Weekly (or Daily) view.
Expected results:
When the cursor hovers over a cell in the Weekly view, an innocuous tooltip (e.g. with a just text, no background) should be present to the right (or maybe below) the cursor itself. The text of the tooltip should indicate the time that the cursor is hovering over, to the nearest ¼-hour (or smallest selectable unit*).
*i.e. If the user were to click and drag downward to create a new event, the tooltip should display the time that such an event would start. In other words, if they click near the top of the 4:00pm cell and drag down one cell length, to create a new event spanning 4:15-5:15, then the tooltip before they clicked should have been displaying "4:15". The goal of this feature is to help users more accurately select the start time when manually creating an event via click-and-drag.
