[Preconditions]:
Have a new email to sign up for the Firefox account

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the "about:logins" page.
2. Click on the "Sign in to sync" button.
3. Enter your email.
4. Click on the "Sign up or sign in" button.
5. Enter the Password into "Password" and "Repeat Password" field.
6. Enter "6" into the "How old are you?" field.
7. Click on the "Create account" button.
8. "Cannot create account - You must meet certain age requirements to create a Firefox account" prompt shows up.
9. After switching back to the "about:logins" page, click on the "Sign in to sync" button.

[Expected result]:

• I need a chance to change the wrong information or get one more chance to sign up because I want to enter 26 years old but enter 6 by mistake.

[Actual result]:

• "Cannot create account - You must meet certain age requirements to create a Firefox account" prompt shows up again.
• Even remove the saved login, still cannot sign up.
• Even restart Firefox, still cannot sign up.

[Notes]:

• The only way to sign up is:

1. go to "about:preferences#privacy"
2. Enable "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" checkbox
3. Restart the Firefox

You said you can't do this even when you restart the browser, but I can't reproduce this. Note that if you have session restore enabled and leave the rejection tab open, then that tab will restore and you will be back in the same state, so make sure you close that tab before restarting.

Feel free to reopen the bug if you can reliably reproduce this issue after restarting when no accounts.firefox.com tabs have been restored.
