Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230718092538

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.governor.ny.gov/?phone_update_submitted=true&token=1F7DD7j781Y2BAwkZyXlbx476UwGYgBHNxl
2. Scroll down the page until you reach the "Get Updates from the Governor's Office" section.
3. Tap on the "SIGN UP" button.
4. Observe the layout.

Expected Behaviour:
The text is displayed on less rows.

Actual Behaviour:
The text is displayed on multiple rows.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provide
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
4. Above the text appears something as it is selected, tapping somewhere else deselects it

This seems to be related to font size, changing it in Settings/Accessibility displays the text on different number of rows.
